How is the return of an order processed in CASAMAT?

The return of the amount paid for ordered items is made in the same mode of payment. In the case of payments by credit card, the amount is refunded to the card account used to make the payment. With regard to payments by ATM, the customer is contacted by email and must send us a proof of the NIB (ATM receipt or proof of Homebanking, for example) of the account to which you want to see refunded the amount paid. In both cases, the refund of the amount paid may be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
 
What is the process for making an online purchase?

To make your purchase, simply add in the virtual shopping cart all the items you want to purchase. You should follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is completed successfully. If you are not already registered in the site casamat.eu you will be asked for personal data to register your order. This information is exclusively for CASAMAT to process your order. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. After ordering online, CASAMAT will confirm its payment to begin the process of preparation and delivery of the merchandise. The expected date of delivery will be communicated to the customer via email after the completion of the order preparation process. In case the data is not correct you can immediately request its modification, or even, the cancellation of the purchase made.

How do I know if an item is available for delivery?
The articles presented for purchase online on the website are, for starters, available for delivery. It is, however, possible that there will be unavailability of stock in sporadic cases. In case of unavailability of the product and / or rupture of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to reimbursement of the amount paid, which is made in the same form of payment.

Failure to pay the order within 3 business days after the date it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the order.

Are the products purchased at CASAMAT guaranteed?
CASAMAT offers you a wide range of products online and guarantees the maximum quality of them, and the products are marketed covered by a guarantee of two years, under the terms legally provided.
Once the product acquired during the legal warranty period has been found to be non-conforming, the customer must submit the complaint by sending the defective article through one of the means at his disposal:

What is the delivery time for a purchase made online?
CASAMAT provides for the delivery of the ordered products, duly wrapped, within an average of 48 hours after confirmation of payment of the online order by the banking entity, except in situations where the ordered products are not available immediately or are articles by order. After confirming the payment of the order, the process of preparation of the order is begun. If there is any anomaly in the process, the customer will receive an email informing the status of the order. Deliveries are done during de week.

The products purchased on the site are delivered in Mainland Portugal and in the Madeira e Açores.
